Turkey: more than 35 people detained. Between them, the sons of three ministers.

«Turkish police launched this morning an ample anti-corruption operation» (ANSA).

According to Hürriyet Daily News, «Istanbul and Ankara police staged morning raids today as part of a probe into tender fraud and bribery operation allegations, detaining at least 37 people». Among them, there would be the sons of three members of the Cabinet: «Interior Minister Muammer Güler, Economy Minister Zafer Çağlayan and Environment and Urbanization Minister Erdoğan Bayraktar».

According to what is reported on the «daily Hürriyet» website, «Barış Güler, Salih Kaan Çağlayan and Abdullah Oğuz Bayraktar were detained on accusations of bribery» (Hürriyet Daily News.com).
