Landscapes and bodies in the work of Jean-Paul Bourdier.

By the fusion of two words, “bodypainting and landscapes”, Jean-Paul Bourdier  found an expression to define a part of his work: “bodyscapes” (la Repubblica.it).

In the pictures proposed by la Repubblica.it, the “landscapes integrate the bodies” and the “naked models are painted by the colours of the setting, thus becoming a part of the sky, of the clouds, but also stones in the water or black rocks in the desert”.

All the photos would have been “realised by analogue cameras” and they would have not been “modified on the computer” (ibidem).

You can see these and other works by Jean-Paul Bourdier on his website.
