Nepal. Two centenarians have been saved from ruins a week after the earthquake.

Funchu Tamang is an over 100 years-old man. He has been saved from ruins seven days after the earthquake having struck Nepal.

The man was caught in the rubble of “his home” in the district of Nuwakot, “north-west of Kathmandu”. Among the rescuers, there were Nepalese and Japanese soldiers (la Repubblica.it).

According to some “agencies”, the 2nd of May, “Masu Tung, a 100 years-old woman”, has been pulled alive from the “remains of a house in the district of Nuwakot”. At present, she would be hospitalised in the city of “Bidur” (ibidem).
