Summit of Non-Aligned Movement concluded after six days in Venezuela.

During “six days”, Margarita Island (Venezuela) hosted a series of “meetings” of the Non-Aligned Movement”. Today, the latter “agreed to […] revitalise and strengthen the bloc on the basis of” principles like “unity in diversity and solidarity” between the “member states”, according to the “final declaration” (EFE).

The “XVII summit of the organisation” was an occasion to bring together “14 heads of state and government, about twenty ambassadors and tens of other high officials representing 104 […] countries”.

The states forming the “NAM” are “120” and they would include “more than half of the global population” (ibidem).
